McDonald's customer shot during fight over being denied service: Florida deputies


A late-night dispute at a McDonald’s in Davenport, Florida, turned violent when an employee shot a customer. The incident occurred during the early morning hours, leaving the community in shock.

Shortly after 3 a.m. on October 12, Peter Story, 19, and Nicholas Jones, 18, were refused service at the Davenport McDonald’s, situated about 35 miles southwest of Orlando. According to reports from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, the denial was due to the restaurant being overwhelmed with orders.
