The star’s shock split from the fashion designer first came to light earlier this month following 28 years of marriage; former couple seen in 2008 in Beverly Hills
Tomar Fridman of The Fridman Group and Marc Shevin of Douglas Elliman hold the listing for the lavish estate which is ‘set amidst rows of graceful olive trees.’
Loughlin and Giannulli initially purchased the mansion in August 2020 for $9.5 million and originally wanted to list the property on the market for $16.5 million.
The home itself contains six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a climate-controlled wine cellar as well as a home theater.
The interior of the house is described a ‘seamless fusion of style and comfort’ – and also includes an open floor plan.
The former couple’s split was revealed earlier this month – with the estranged couple living separately before the news came to light.

The pair were previously involved in a college admissions scandal which began back in 2019.
At the time, the two stars were indicted after they allegedly paid $500,000 to give their daughters entry into USC as recruits for the crew team, although the two had never played the sport.
Loughlin spent two months in prison while her estranged husband was sentenced to five months.
The actress was also fined $150,000 and ordered to complete 100 hours of community service while the fashion designer was fined a larger amount of $250,000 and ordered to complete 250 hours of community service.
Loughlin and Giannulli also welcomed two children during the course of their 28-year marriage: Isabella Rose, 27, and Olivia Jade, 26.
The effect the separation has had on their two daughters has also been revealed.
‘It’s obviously been tough, but Olivia and Bella aren’t taking sides,’ a source told People. ‘They both love their parents and just want them to be happy.’
The insider added that the siblings don’t have any ‘drama or resentment’ towards their parents over the divorce.
‘They’ve seen how hard their mom and dad have tried over the years, and they’re focused on keeping things peaceful and staying close as a family.’
The source continued, ‘At the end of the day, they just want everyone to be okay.’

Separate insiders have given insight into their shock split after 28 years of marriage -with some claiming their public legal woes had driven a wedge between them.
‘Their marriage was very strong before the s**t hit the fan with the college admissions scandal. That totally derailed it. His sales suffered,’ a source recently told the Daily Mail.
‘She lost Hallmark. They blamed each other, but he blamed her more.’
They also added, ‘The entire family was embarrassed and that was like a huge deal to Mossimo. It felt like he had built all this goodwill, publicly, and it was all gone. They were literally the butt of jokes on late night TV.
‘There was this perception that they were rich, and the worst kind of rich people, who use their wealth for unfair advantages. You forget, the narrative was so terrible.’
The insider continued, ‘They had the world, and it wasn’t enough for them. Their daughters had privilege, and that wasn’t enough for them. It was humiliating.
‘And Lori was really the one who was driving that bus. She was the one who wanted to do the rowing pictures.’
Giannulli had been ’embarrassed’ by the legal drama and explained that ‘they never really recovered.’
‘There was a point when they had staggered jail sentences where it seemed like maybe they’d make it, but they didn’t.’

Just days after the shock split was revealed, Giannulli was spotted on an outing with stylist Hannah Harrison in L.A.
However, she clarified to Us Weekly that their relationship is simply ‘platonic’ and that being seen together ‘was bad timing.’
