A 60-year-old Texas man was arrested after allegedly driving through the front doors of a Kroger because he needed to use the restroom, police said.
The man reportedly crashed into the grocery store overnight Sunday after finding the entrance locked while the business was closed.
The incident occurred shortly before 4:30 a.m. Sunday in Rosenberg, Texas, according to the Rosenberg Police Department.

The collision left the grocery store with extensive damage, police said.
Photos released by authorities showed the vehicle inside the store, along with shattered glass scattered around the entrance. The metal frames surrounding the doors also appeared to have sustained heavy damage.

“On Sunday, September 27th, at approximately 0428, a known male individual intentionally accelerated into Kroger, causing extensive damage to the pharmacy entrance,” the Rosenberg Police Department wrote in a Facebook post.
“I guess when you gotta go, you gotta go, but we strongly advise finding a store open for business…to do your business,” the department added.

Authorities identified the suspect only as a 60-year-old man.
The man was taken into custody on a criminal mischief charge, police told FOX 26.
