Kim Kardashian has finally put an end to the speculation by disclosing the results of her recent bar exam, shedding light on her legal career aspirations.

The 45-year-old reality TV icon, who sat for the exam in July, took to her Instagram stories on Saturday to announce that she did not pass. Despite the setback, her resolve remains unshaken.

“Well… I’m not a lawyer just yet, but I sure do look the part on TV,” she quipped, alluding to her new Hulu series, “All’s Fair.”

She expressed her unwavering commitment to her legal journey, stating, “Six years in, and I’m fully dedicated until I conquer the bar. No shortcuts, no surrender—just more study and even greater resolve.”

Kim also took a moment to appreciate the support and encouragement she has received from her followers throughout this process.

Ending on a hopeful note, the mother of four mentioned she was on the cusp of passing, reinforcing her determination to succeed.

A source close to Kim also told TMZ on the same day that the aspiring lawyer wanted to share how she fared on the bar exam for her fans.

Before the results were made public on Sunday, Kim reportedly wanted to announce it herself.

The insider explained that the social media personality wanted to continue being open about her journey to become a lawyer as she has done in the past. 

The source also added that she knew her fans would be interested in knowing how she did. 

Late last month during an appearance on The Graham Norton Show, the reality star explained that she had taken the bar exam in July and that she was awaiting her results. 

The SKIMS founder also expressed at the time that if the results showed that she passed, she had plans to be a lawyer in two weeks. 

‘I took the bar exam in July. I get the results a few days after our [All’s Fair] premiere. So in two weeks. So everyone please pray for me. I worked really hard,’ Kim said. 

She further opened up about her goal to work in the legal field by adding, ‘Maybe in 10 years, I think I’ll give up being Kim K and be a trial lawyer. That’s what I really want.’

Back in May, the media personality reached a major milestone as she graduated from her law school program following a six year journey. 

The star celebrated the big moment by taking part in a backyard ceremony which she gave a glimpse of on social media. 

Kim took part in the four-year California Law Office Study Program (LOSP) rather than attending traditional law school.

During the ceremony, her mentor had opened up about the star’s ‘fierce desire to fight for justice’ and also expressed that Kim is full of ‘determination.’

They also applauded the TV personality for finishing the program while simultaneously ‘raising four children, running businesses, filming television shows, and showing up in courtrooms to advocate for others.’ 

A second mentor discussed how Kim has ‘advocated for clemency, helped reunite families, and brought national attention to the most broken parts of our legal system.’

While she answered ‘no’ to the three questions, the SKIMS founder admitted to using ChatGPT for ‘legal advice.’

‘When I need to know the answer to a question, I’ll take a picture and snap it and put it in there. It has made me fail tests… all the time. And then I’ll get mad and I’ll yell at it,’ Kim said. 

Teyana then asked, ‘So she’s a frenemy?’ to which the TV personality agreed. 

‘Yes, a frenemy. And then it’ll say back to me, “This is just teaching you to trust your own instincts. So you knew the answer all along.”‘ 

When Teyana suggested that Kim and ChatGPT are ‘toxic friends,’ the mom-of-four also agreed. 

‘But they need to do better because I’m leaning to them to really help me and she is teaching me a life lesson and then becoming my therapist to tell me why I need to believe in myself after they got the answer wrong,’ Kim expressed. 

‘It’s like a thing. I screenshot all the time and send it in my group chat. Like, can you believe this b***h is talking to me like this? This is insane.’ 

As Kim continues to pursue her legal career, she recently took on a leading role in Ryan Murphy’s new legal drama All’s Fair. 

The Hulu series officially premiered earlier this month on November 4 – and also stars Glenn Close, Teyana Taylor, Naomi Watts, Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash-Betts and Matthew Noszka.
