CLINTON, Ill. (WCIA) — Students in Clinton will enjoy an unexpected day off on Monday following a widespread power outage that affected the area for much of Sunday.

He explained that Monday will be treated as an “Emergency Day,” requiring students to make up the lost time at the end of the academic year.
