Recent developments have emerged regarding the violent clashes at an anti-immigration rally in central Melbourne last month, leading to further arrests by law enforcement.

The incident, which took place on Saturday, October 19, saw significant tensions as counter-demonstrators reportedly hurled rocks, glass bottles, and rotten fruit at police officers attempting to maintain order. The protest quickly escalated into chaos, resulting in injuries to law enforcement personnel.

As a result of the violence, two officers were hospitalized. One officer sustained a broken hand, while another suffered a lacerated leg, according to reports from police chiefs.
