In a recent incident that has captured attention in Washington County, Tennessee, two individuals found themselves in serious trouble after reportedly damaging holiday decorations and threatening a homeowner with a firearm. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) shared details of the arrests, identifying the suspects as 31-year-old Dustin Otto Bishop from Elizabethton and 29-year-old Kaitlyn Dawn Malone from Johnson City.
