Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, along with his elderly parents and brother, could face homelessness in the new year. A judge has ordered their eviction from the Los Angeles mansion once shared by Richards and Phypers.

Last week, a Los Angeles court granted landlord John Karan ownership of the $3.3 million Calabasas mansion. The luxurious property, featuring six bedrooms and five bathrooms across 6,985 square feet, is being repossessed due to unpaid rent. Additionally, Karan may be entitled to $84,000 in back rent, pending further legal proceedings.

The Daily Mail has learned that in a bid to gather funds, Aaron’s mother, Patricia Phypers, has initiated a GoFundMe campaign. The fundraiser, titled “Please Help My Son Aaron — A Grandmother’s Cry for Justice,” aims to collect $110,000.

Since its launch on December 4, the campaign has only managed to raise $1,308 from seven contributors as of Wednesday afternoon.

In the campaign’s description, Patricia makes an emotional appeal: “I am a mother and a grandmother begging the public for help,” she writes. She further alleges that her son, Aaron Phypers, has been unfairly targeted by false accusations, Hollywood influence, and a system intent on silencing him.

The post also claims that Patricia and her immediate family have assumed responsibility for caring for Richards’ numerous pets, including several dogs and cats.

‘Now my son — the man who carried this entire household — has been cut off, slandered, starved, wrongfully arrested, and left with nothing,’ Patricia alleges.

‘No income. No home. No ability to fight back,’ she wrote before detailing just how dire their circumstances are, adding, ‘Our utilities are being shut off. My pension is gone. We are out of options.’

Aaron – who filed from divorce Richards in July 2025 after six years of marriage and – has been living at the LA mansion with his folks in recent years.

In September, they gave a televised tour of the filthy property, which they blamed Richards for. Richards, however, claimed she had not lived in the home for two years and that same month moved out all of her personal belongings and 15 dogs.

Since they were allegedly left behind with the financial burden of the estate, the Phypers are now desperate.

A source close to the family exclusively told the Daily Mail Wednesday, ‘Aaron Phypers’ 83-year-old parents will be put on the streets.’

‘[Aaron] is broke. He has no money. He hasn’t had a dime,’ the insider added, sharing that the former holistic healer has not been able to get a new job because he allegedly does not have access to the proper documentation he needs.

Aaron closed his wellness business Quantum 360 Club a year ago and has allegedly not been able to find employment since.

The source also claimed that because the Phypers are Canadian citizens, they do not receive any government aid during this difficult time.

‘The motorcycle that he has, he can’t even sell it because [Richards] has the title on it,’ the insider further claimed. ‘He has no transportation. The truck – they’re trying to repossess it. He has nothing left – he has nothing!’

It’s unclear why Aaron’s brother, Brett, has not found employment.

As a result of Aaron’s severe money woes, we’re told he is hoping to recoup any funds he and his parents feel they are owed at an upcoming court hearing January 7.

Aaron has previously claimed that he owns and has copyrights to all the content of Richards’ OnlyFans account, which accrues about $250,000 month.

Richards has not publicly responded to that particular claim but reportedly asked a judge to grant her spousal support instead last September.

The Phypers allegedly also plan to argue to the judge that they are owed thousands of dollars because they ‘spent their lives’ savings’ taking care of Richards’ dogs.

The source claimed that despite the financial issues, the ‘most painful part’ has been that the Phypers have allegedly not been granted access to Eloise.

Richards, 54, has two biological daughters with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, Sami, 20, and Lola, 19, and adopted 14-year-old Eloise, who has special needs.

Aaron, 53, previously claimed to People magazine that throughout his marriage to Richards, he believed he had adopted Eloise as he had allegedly signed paperwork, but claimed Richards never filed it. Richards did not respond to that claim at the time.

Amid her separation, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum had been granted a five-year restraining order against Aaron after he was charged with two felony counts for injuring a spouse. Aaron has always adamantly denied any domestic violence claims. His criminal case is ongoing.

The Daily Mail’s source claimed the Phypers moved into Aaron and Denise’s LA mansion because they allegedly saw it ‘as chance to bond with their new special needs granddaughter Eloise and be a loving grand parents to Denise’s other two beautiful girls.’

Aaron faces an uphill battle, however, in getting the court to grant him the money he is seeking from his estranged wife, as he has already been denied past requests for emergency hearings to discuss the money matters.

We’re also told Aaron does not have legal representation anymore, as he can’t afford a lawyer due to his financial strain.

Richards is reportedly furious over her ex’s demands and previously filed a request with the judge to not have her give Aaron any money.

Her representative did not immediately return the Daily Mail’s request for comment.
