A new report by United Against Nuclear Iran(UANI) —which has been shared with the Trump administration—provides the first comprehensive assessment of the Islamic Republic’s primary internal security apparatus: the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ (IRGC) Tharallah Headquarters – the nerve center of the regime’s repression in Tehran and across Iran.

A groundbreaking report from United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI) has been unveiled, offering a rare and comprehensive glimpse into the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ (IRGC) Tharallah Headquarters. This document, now in the hands of the Trump administration, sheds light on the epicenter of the Iranian regime’s internal security and its repressive tactics used both in Tehran and throughout the country.

Target List Identifies IRGC Sub-Headquarters Across Tehran

The document reveals the secretive inner workings of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' Tharallah Headquarters — the nerve center of the brutal crackdown on protesters. This headquarters effectively functions as the military's nerve center, holding operational control over police forces. It also unveils four key sub-headquarters that oversee different regions of the capital: The Quds Sub-Headquarters, which oversees suppression operations in North and northwest Tehran, the Fath Sub-Headquarters in the southwest, the Nasr Sub-Headquarters in the northeast and the Ghadr Sub-Headquarters, which controls the southeast and central Tehran.

The report meticulously details the Tharallah Headquarters, depicting it as the strategic command hub of the IRGC, responsible for orchestrating the harsh crackdown on dissenters. This central command effectively exerts control over police operations, ensuring the regime’s grip remains unchallenged. It further identifies four pivotal sub-headquarters that manage various sectors of the capital: the Quds Sub-Headquarters, which operates in North and northwest Tehran; the Fath Sub-Headquarters, covering the southwest; the Nasr Sub-Headquarters in the northeast; and the Ghadr Sub-Headquarters, which maintains authority over southeast and central Tehran.

Beyond the main command centers, the dossier exposes a hidden infrastructure across Tehran that acts as the primary command network for the regime's most radicalized units, coordinating intelligence, policing and psychological operations. This includes 23 IRGC-Basij regional bases — each located in one of Tehran's 22 municipality regions. The Basij houses the brutal domestic militia of the IRGC.

The dossier goes beyond these command centers, unveiling a clandestine network spread across Tehran. This infrastructure serves as a control nexus for the regime’s most zealous units, coordinating crucial intelligence, policing, and psychological maneuvers. Integral to this network are 23 IRGC-Basij regional bases, strategically placed within Tehran’s 22 municipal districts. These bases are home to the IRGC’s notorious domestic militia, the Basij, known for its role in enforcing the regime’s stringent policies.

As the death toll of Iranian protesters reportedly surpasses 2,000, according to a human rights group - and thousands more face execution in the regime's notorious prison system - the Trump administration has signaled that the time for diplomatic patience has ended. Trump indicated on Tuesday he had cancelled all meetings with Iranian officials, told protestersthat 'help is on the way' and to 'save the names of the killers and abusers.'

Inside a GOPlunch on Capitol Hill, Senator Tom Cotton engaged in 'chest–thumping' regarding the regime, according to Punchbowl News. Cotton encouraged his colleagues to weigh in aggressively on behalf of both the protesters and the administration's actions, telling the room of lawmakers that the Iranian regime is currently 'as popular as syphilis.'

Trump Warns Iran of ‘Very Strong Action’

As the White House considers its options and asses the infrastructure spearheading the regime’s violence, Trump's rhetoric has reached a fever pitch, warning the Ayatollahs that they are playing a 'very dangerous game.' 'I haven't heard about their hangings,' Trump told CBS as he toured a Ford factory in Detroit Tuesday. 'We will take very strong action if they do such a thing.' CBS' Tony Dokoupil asked, 'And this strong action - are we talking about - what's the end game?' Trump replied, 'If they wanna have protests, that's one thing. When they start killing thousands of people - now you're telling me about hanging - we'll see how that works out for them. It's not gonna work out good.'
