It further identifies four pivotal sub-headquarters that manage various sectors of the capital: the Quds Sub-Headquarters, which operates in North and northwest Tehran; the Fath Sub-Headquarters, covering the southwest; the Nasr Sub-Headquarters in the northeast; and the Ghadr Sub-Headquarters, which maintains authority over southeast and central Tehran.
