Kentucky teacher Sydnee Graf who allegedly sent sexual messages to 5th grade student slapped with rape charge

A Kentucky teacher, previously accused of sending inappropriate messages to a fifth-grade student, now faces more severe charges, including rape, as per recent reports.

Sydnee Graf, aged 36, who taught fifth-grade math at Smyrna Elementary School in Louisville, was indicted on Tuesday. The charges include first-degree rape and sodomy of a child under 12, engaging in unlawful transactions with a minor, and possession of a controlled substance, according to WLKY.

Initially, Graf was charged with sending explicit messages to the young boy during a virtual learning session. She was apprehended on December 15 while en route to pick him up from his residence.

The new charges have not revealed further specifics regarding her alleged involvement with the student.

Law enforcement became aware of Graf’s disturbing communications with the boy, who is under the age of 12, following the school district’s discovery of his exploitation during online classes, as stated in court documents, reports WAVE.

The messages included discussions of oral sodomy, with Graf allegedly planning to meet the child near his home after school hours to commit these acts, according to police.

In one exchange, the deranged suspect wrote, “I really need to taste that d–k Fr Fr,” cops alleged, People reported.

Authorities said snapshots and video recordings of the troubling conversation captured the alleged predator’s face and name displayed in the top left corner of the computer screen.

After her arrest, Graf allegedly admitted to sending the twisted messages to the young student and the elementary school moved her to a non-student role during the investigation.

Kentucky police were alerted to Graf's alarming messages to the boy after the school district learned he had been sexually exploited during remote instruction.

She is due back in court on Monday.
