It sounds like they may have gone to a grand jury, according to CBS.
A source familiar with the matter said a grand jury was empaneled Thursday. FBI and HSI were involved in the arrest, sources say.
Attorney General Pam Bondi confirmed the arrest and explained he wasn’t the only person arrested.Â

Three other people had already been arrested in connection with the church storming.
