The Justice Department has unveiled a trove of over three million documents linked to Jeffrey Epstein, shedding light on his extensive connections with high-profile figures from the realms of sports, Hollywood, and politics. This latest release provides a deeper understanding of the influential network surrounding Epstein.
Among the revelations are email exchanges featuring Steve Tisch, co-owner of the New York Giants, which have captured significant attention.
Tisch confirmed on Friday that Epstein had introduced him to adult women back in 2013, and they had discussed possible meetings.
In a statement, Tisch explained, “Our interaction was brief, involving email exchanges about adult women, along with discussions on movies, philanthropy, and investments. I declined his invitations and never visited his island. It’s now clear he was a reprehensible individual, and I regret any association with him.”
The emails further reveal that Tisch offered Epstein tickets to watch Giants games from his private suite and received invitations to Epstein’s Caribbean retreat. However, there is no evidence suggesting that Tisch ever accepted the offer to visit the island.
Additionally, the documents spotlight another notable figure: Mira Nair, a film director and mother of New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani.
