A dramatic video captured a group of masked anti-ICE protesters confronting a Fox 11 news team in Los Angeles on Saturday, with some members of the group attempting to damage the crew’s equipment. The incident occurred as the journalists were trying to report on boisterous demonstrations in the city.

The video shows the chaotic scene as the protesters, mistakenly identifying the local Fox affiliate team as part of the national Fox News network, surround the female reporter despite her being behind police barriers. The agitated crowd can be seen intimidating the crew, with some individuals trying to cut camera cables.

Amid the turmoil, at least 10 police officers equipped with helmets, batons, and BB guns are visible, maintaining a watchful presence as the reporter steps back. Meanwhile, some protesters aggressively thrust their cell phone cameras into her face.

One protester can be heard shouting, “Why does Fox News get special access?” while others hurl expletives at the news team.

In another segment of the footage, the reporter attempts to communicate with her cameraman, but the crowd drowns out her voice with chants of “Get the f–k out of here.”

In another clip, the reporter attempts to speak with her cameraman as the crowd yells, “Get the f–k out of here.”

At one point, a protester yelled, “Why are they allowed to go back and forth?” as the reporter crossed the picket line. Someone then used a sharp object to cut a camera cable, the video shows.

Despite being surrounded, the team of two appeared calm and did not engage with the crowd.

The Post reached out to the reporter but did not immediately receive a response.
