A Florida man is facing serious charges after being arrested for his alleged involvement in the death of his girlfriend, months following a brutal attack where she was left for dead.

Florian Renaudo, 55, remains in custody without bond after being charged with second-degree murder. This development comes after the tragic passing of 32-year-old Natasha Lampley, who was discovered unconscious on November 18, 2025, and succumbed to her injuries on December 3, 2025.

Details from an arrest affidavit, examined by Law&Crime, reveal that surveillance footage from a Miami restaurant parking lot caught Renaudo trailing Lampley on the evening of November 18, shortly before she was heard screaming for help.

Authorities reported that the couple was seen together outside a liquor store around 8:55 p.m. on the same night. A witness, who later spoke to police, identified Lampley in the footage by her distinctive pink shoes and confirmed that she was Renaudo’s girlfriend.

Mere minutes after the pair moved out of the camera’s view, a woman’s voice was recorded yelling “Help!” repeatedly. Police stated that the cries for help were heard seven times before they abruptly ceased.

A witness familiar with Renaudo informed investigators that he admitted to having “slapped” Lampley.

According to the affidavit, Lampley was found by Miami Fire Rescue personnel lying unconscious on a sidewalk near some train tracks after a 911 call reported at 9:03 p.m. that a woman was “being beaten.” She was taken to the hospital with severe head injuries, which proved to be fatal. Lampley, who was the mother of two boys, was in a coma until she died on Dec. 3, 2025.

Police arrested Renaudo on Tuesday and charged him with second-degree murder. He was denied bond during his first court appearance and remains in custody at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. His next court date is scheduled for Feb. 25.
