Let’s dive into the key points. Regarding the operation, the Speaker emphasized that it represents a robust foreign policy approach—essentially advocating for peace through strength.

In his own words, the Speaker stated:

Johnson took a moment to critique the Obama administration while summarizing the mission’s objective: to dismantle Iran’s ability to act as the leading global supporter of Islamic terrorism. However, some of his remarks were also directed at issues closer to the domestic front.

There is a misconception that Operation Epic Fury is in any way a diversion from Republican demands for peace. It’s the opposite. Peace is not secured through appeasement.
