The desire for former Prince Andrew to testify before the U.S. Congress is gaining momentum among the American public, fueled by ongoing outrage over the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.
In a significant development, Richard Kahn, who previously served as Epstein’s attorney and accountant, is scheduled to provide his deposition to the U.S. House Oversight Committee this Tuesday morning.
A recent poll conducted by Daily Mail and JL Partners reveals that 53 percent of Americans are calling for Andrew Mountbatten Windsor to address questions concerning his association with the deceased sex offender. This sentiment appears to be more pronounced among Democrats, with 58 percent in favor of the former royal’s testimony, compared to 51 percent of Republicans.
Interestingly, there is a gender disparity in these opinions. A greater percentage of men, 58 percent, express a desire to see Andrew testify, while only 47 percent of women share this view.
The American public continues to express frustration over the Justice Department’s handling of Epstein-related documents, with 67 percent of those surveyed believing that more information is yet to be disclosed.
Americans are still angry about the slow drip of documents out of the Justice Department on Epstein, with 67 percent saying they believe there are more to be released.
Kahn’s deposition on Tuesday will be followed by one from another top former Epstein associate, Darren Indyke, another former top personal lawyer to Epstein, which is set to be held next Thursday.
Top American officials from both political parties, including Bill and Hillary Clinton, as well as former Trump Attorney General Bill Barr, have been brought in to give depositions before Congress over their ties to the deceased pedophile financier.

Attorney General Pam Bondi published more missing Epstein files this week after pressure
Lawmakers have sought to have Andrew and former UK ambassador to the US Peter Mandelson come before them as well.
On Thursday night, Attorney General Pam Bondi published more missing Epstein files – including stunning Trump allegation by a woman who alleged she was sexually assaulted.
The files had been ‘incorrectly coded as duplicative’ and therefore inadvertently withheld along with other investigative documents related to the disgraced financier, said the Department after it put out over 3.5 million pages.
Bondi was subpoenaed by Congress this week as Republicans broke ranks amid mounting frustration at the handling of the Epstein files from the President’s own party.
Back in the UK, Andrew was stripped of his titles in October and kicked out of his residence, Royal Lodge.
Last month, both Andrew and Peter Mandelson, the UK Prime Minister Kier Starmer’s former ambassador in Washington, DC, were arrested in England and are under investigation for ‘misconduct in public office.’
Andrew appears in emails and photographs in the Epstein files over 1,821 times, per a Daily Mail analysis.
One image in the files shows Andrew crouching on all fours over a woman lying on the floor, and another shows him with Epstein and US First Lady Melania Trump, President Donald Trump’s wife.

Andrew was accused of sexual abuse by Virginia Roberts Giuffre, one of Epstein’s most famous victims. Although he never admitted guilt, Andrew and other royals reached a settlement with Giuffre in 2022, which was widely reported to be worth £12 million.
Lawmakers hailed King Charles for stripping Andrew of his prince title as they voted to release the Jeffrey Epstein files last year.
Republican Representative Thomas Massie noted back in November, ‘There’s becoming a reckoning in Britain that needs to happen in the United States: a prince lost his title, the ambassador to the United States lost his job.’
‘We need to see those same kind of consequences here,’ he said, hours before the vote on the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which later sailed through the House, passing by 427 to 1.

Massie was referring to Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s royal titles being stripped last month and the firing of Peter Mandelson, the UK’s ambassador to Washington.
‘As my colleague Ro [Khanna] said, there shouldn’t be buildings named after these perpetrators of these heinous crimes, there shouldn’t be scholarships named after them, and there needs to be accounting.’
The Republican lawmaker from Kentucky was speaking alongside Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna, who warned that Mountbatten-Windsor could be dragged before the House to testify.
‘I do think that Prince Andrew does need to come and testify at our oversight committee, and that can be bipartisan,’ Khanna said. ‘But I share [Massie’s] view that the urgency that the British people have shown in getting justice needs to inspire an urgency here in America.’
The House is unable to subpoena Andrew as he is a foreign national.
