Noah Cyrus joined her sister Miley in celebrating the 20th anniversary of “Hannah Montana” on Tuesday by making a special appearance in a Disney+ tribute segment.

Although her appearance was brief, arriving with a celebratory cake for Miley, Noah, now 26, caught viewers’ attention with her strikingly different look.

Speculation about Noah having undergone cosmetic procedures has circulated before, and once again, her appearance stirred conversations about potential enhancements.

Wearing a pale yellow T-shirt and matching leggings, Noah’s face appeared noticeably fuller, especially around her cheeks and lips, alongside a more refined nose.

Experts consulted by The Daily Mail have suggested that Noah might have had a variety of treatments, including dermal fillers, rhinoplasty, and Botox.

Reflecting on previous images of Noah, Dr. Ross Perry, Medical Director at Cosmedics skin clinics, observed, “Her lips seem significantly fuller than in past photos, which strongly indicates the possible use of dermal fillers. This non-surgical treatment is very popular among younger individuals seeking to enhance volume and definition.”

Dr Perry also suggested her smooth visage could be a result of good skincare and treatments such as chemical peels or laser, as well as possible use of Botox. 

Remarking on the change in the shape of her face and her jawline, he continued: ‘In terms of facial contour, her jawline and cheeks look more sculpted. This could be down to makeup contouring, weight loss, or possibly non-surgical treatments like filler in the cheeks or jaw to enhance the structure.

‘Overall, what we are seeing is likely a combination of natural maturation, professional styling, and subtle aesthetic treatments, all of which are very common.’

Meanwhile, cosmetic surgeons Dr Paul Banwell and Dr Fadi Hamadani suggested the star may have had a rhinoplasty due to her refined and narrow nasal profile. 

The former explained: ‘While nothing can be confirmed without the individual’s disclosure, certain features can point towards commonly performed aesthetic interventions.

‘A more refined and narrowed nasal profile is often indicative of rhinoplasty, especially where the bridge appears slimmer and the tip more defined.’ 

Dr Hamadani added: ‘The nose appears slightly narrower through the bridge with a more defined tip, which are changes that can sometimes be associated with rhinoplasty, commonly known as a nose job.’

Dr Banwell continued: ‘In addition, increased projection through the chin and a sharper, more contoured jawline can sometimes suggest surgical contouring procedures, such as chin augmentation or jaw reshaping, which are designed to enhance overall facial balance.’

He also suggested Noah has had a combination of both surgical and non-surgical interventions. 

‘There are also signs that could be consistent with volume redistribution in the mid-face and lips,’ he explained. 

‘While this is frequently achieved with dermal fillers, in some cases a more pronounced and structured result can give the impression of combined surgical and non-surgical intervention.

‘The overall harmony and symmetry of the face can often be enhanced through a layered approach, rather than a single procedure.’

Yet he made sure to emphasise that expert makeup techniques could also be attributed to her new look. 

He added: ‘That said, it’s crucial to emphasise that modern aesthetic techniques, particularly high-level injectables, expert makeup application, and strategic styling, can closely replicate the results of surgery. 

‘As such, while there are features that may be consistent with procedures such as rhinoplasty or facial contouring, any assessment remains speculative without confirmation.’

Looking at her eyes, Dr Hamadani suggested a subtle brow life or upper blepharoplasty. 

‘Upper blepharoplasty involves removing excess skin from the upper eyelids, which can help create a smoother, brighter eye area and reduce heaviness around the eyes,’ he explained. 

Suggesting how she could be achieving her smooth skin look he added: ‘this can sometimes be associated with collagen-stimulating treatments such as radiofrequency microneedling. 

‘Technologies like Morpheus8 Burst, for example, work by delivering controlled heat into the deeper layers of the skin to stimulate collagen production and improve skin tightening over time.’

Cheek filler is often used to enhance facial structure and support the mid-face, while lip fillers can add volume and definition. However, it’s important these treatments are performed conservatively, as the goal should always be to maintain facial harmony and subtlety rather than overfilling, which can sometimes create an unnatural appearance.’

The Daily Mail have contacted Noah’s representatives for comment. 

Back in July, Noah sparked cosmetic surgery buzz after she stepped out in New York with social media users theorising that her slimmer nose bridge, more defined tip, fuller lips and enhanced cheek contours could be the result of more than just good makeup.

While the star has not publicly addressed the rumors, her noticeably more sculpted facial features have become a frequent topic of debate across pop culture forums and celebrity commentary accounts.
