A high school teacher, who is the sister of a millionaire Baywatch TV star, faces allegations of grooming a male student and calling herself his ‘sugar momma,’ according to law enforcement reports.

Haley Beck, the sibling of popular influencer and actor Noah Beck, is accused of engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a student at Centennial High School in Peoria. This claim is detailed in a police report acquired by KPHO.

Noah Beck, 24, recently joined the cast of the Fox reboot of Baywatch, sharing the screen with Livvy Dunne.

The 27-year-old educator is under investigation after allegedly beginning to groom the student in December 2024, prior to his 18th birthday, as stated in the Peoria Unified School District’s formal charges.

Investigators report that the minor endured harassment from Beck during his sophomore and junior years, while enrolled in her psychology and sociology classes.

The extensive police report, nearly 200 pages long, claims that Beck, who started working at the school in 2020, provided the student with gifts, food, drugs, and alcohol, paid him over $600, and allowed him to use her car.

Beck also allegedly helped improve his grades and attendance record, and gave him special treatment in the classroom, investigators claimed. 

She went on to call herself the boy’s ‘sugar momma’ and even wrote in a message to him that ‘it felt like straight prostitution’, the report stated. 

For nearly six weeks, Beck and the student sent each other more than 4,000 text messages that spoke of illegal and sexual activity, police said.

No formal criminal charges have been filed against Beck, as of Sunday. 

While their alleged student-teacher relationship was underway, another educator, Angela Burlaka, recorded naked videos of herself that ended up on the student’s phone, per the report. 

Burlaka, a married 47-year-old, was also heard saying the student’s name in the clip, the documents stated. 

The victim’s grandmother soon found the disturbing videos on his phone last July and called the police, prompting the investigation, the report said. 

Sexual misconduct claims involving Beck soon came to light after the probe was launched, with the victim’s mother telling police she was aware her son was ‘having sex with a teacher named “Haley Beck”,’ authorities stated. 

The teenager and his family did not want to cooperate with detectives, fearing it would affect his college athletic scholarships, according to officials. 

Meanwhile, Beck appeared to have known that Burlaka was allegedly involved with the same student. 

‘I mean yeah I guess but even though our situation is still not right at least we are closer in age,’ she wrote to the minor in a text message included in the report. ‘I don’t like being compared to Mrs B.’ 

Another telling note to the student from Beck was located by police during a search of her apartment.

Centennial High School Principal Scott Hollabaugh told cops that he had received ‘multiple complaints from students and staff’ about Beck, records revealed 

The message read: ‘For this “relationship” being extremely wrong, I feel like we have really made the most out of it,’ adding ‘there is truly no other student (I know, so wrong) that I’d want to do all this with.’ 

According to records, Centennial High School Principal Scott Hollabaugh gave police Beck’s name after the investigation into Burlaka began. 

He told cops that he had received ‘multiple complaints from students and staff’ about Beck, records revealed. 

After the probe started, Burlaka voluntarily surrendered her Arizona teaching certificates, but Beck did not. 

‘The Peoria Unified School District and Governing Board take all allegations involving student safety extremely seriously,’ a spokesperson with the Peoria Unified School District told the outlet. 

‘At the time the concerns were reported, the information available did not meet the legal threshold for reasonable suspicion of abuse, nor was there corroborating evidence to support such a determination. 

‘The District responded in accordance with Governing Board policy, applicable law, and established procedures. Following a review of the matter, appropriate actions were taken to address the concerns raised. 

‘Due to pending litigation, the District is unable to provide additional details. We remain committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and responsive environment for all students and staff.’ 

During a governing board meeting on March 26, the Peoria Unified School District unanimously voted to fire her. She has until April 8 to request a hearing with the district to fight her termination.

A mother spoke out about the district’s decision to fire Beck at a recent public meeting, where she called the educator a ‘pedophile’ 

A mother spoke out about the district’s decision at the meeting, stating: ‘We send our kids to your schools 10 months a year, five days a week, seven hours a day. 

‘So as a parent, I’m glad to see that these pedophiles like Haley Beck are being held accountable as much as possible.’ 

Formal charges have not been filed against Beck as the Peoria Police Department re-submitted the investigation to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for further review. 

Police recommended that the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office charge Beck with inducing prostitution and Burlaka with aggravated luring of a minor for sexual exploitation. 

The recommendations were under review by the attorney’s office before being returned to police for further investigation in February.  

When contacted by the Daily Mail, Beck sent over a statement from her legal team. 

‘Ms. Beck respects the criminal justice process and looks forward to the conclusion of the investigation, which will reveal she committed no crimes,’ her lawyer Matthew Long with Long & Simmons Law said.

‘Like any individual subject to investigation, Ms. Beck is entitled to due process. We are confident that a complete review of the facts will confirm her innocence,’ Long continued.
