Boyfriend fatally stabbed, girlfriend slashed in NYC horror

In a violent incident that shocked a Queens neighborhood, a man was stabbed to death and his girlfriend was injured in what authorities describe as a frenzied attack. The chaotic scene unfolded early Sunday morning in their Richmond Hill residence, leaving “blood sprayed on the walls,” according to law enforcement sources and local residents.

Police responded to the disturbance at 101-11 86 Ave. at approximately 2:24 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered the 41-year-old man with a fatal stab wound to his chest. His 32-year-old girlfriend was found with a laceration on her arm. Despite the traumatic experience, the woman was unable to identify the perpetrator, as reported by sources.

Orzigul Abdulloeva, a 77-year-old resident of the building, recounted the unsettling commotion she heard that night. “I stepped out into the hallway with my robe. I heard a lot of noise. I thought someone was moving. There was running, screaming, they were definitely fighting,” Abdulloeva explained.

The building’s superintendent, Slava S., aged 70, described witnessing the grim scene that followed the violent altercation. His account underscores the severity of the attack, which has left the community grappling with the shock of such a brutal event.

“I stepped out into the hallway with my robe. I heard a lot of noise. I thought someone was moving. There was running, screaming, they were definitely fighting,” Abdulloeva said.

The building’s super, Slava S., 70, said he saw the grisly aftermath of the fight.

“I was standing behind the police when they opened the door, and I saw blood sprayed on the walls,” Slava said.

Slava said he didn’t know the couple too well, as they’d just moved in two weeks ago.

EMS raced the victims to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where the man died. The woman is in stable condition, according to authorities.

There are no arrests, and the investigation is still ongoing.
