Sick influencer learns fate after raping women in fire-damaged Palisades mansion he pretended to own

A hip-hop influencer known for his online presence, who manipulated women into visiting an abandoned mansion in Pacific Palisades and subsequently assaulted them, will face an eight-year prison sentence. This follows his no-contest plea to these disturbing charges.

Clinton Adams, whose social media alias is “Clintnlord” and who has amassed over 400,000 followers, deceived his victims by claiming ownership of a lavish $5.3 million property. In reality, the true owners had vacated the premises due to smoke damage from a recent wildfire.

Adams lured the women into the opulent four-bedroom, six-bathroom Mediterranean-style home, complete with stunning ocean views, where he then committed the assaults, as detailed in court records.

According to explicit court testimony acquired by The Post, one victim recounted an incident in June 2025. After a night of socializing, she found herself back at the property, where Adams entered a room and assaulted her.

In her testimony, she stated, “I don’t want to do anything sexually,” addressing Adams.

Adams responded with, “Don’t you want to make me happy?” prompting the woman to try to distance herself from him. However, Adams forcibly restrained her, as recounted in the court documents.

“I just felt his hand on my wrists, I was telling him to stop,”  she testified.

Adams, 32, then placed one hand on her neck so she couldn’t breath or scream and proceeded to rape her, records show.

The victim then ran out of the house barefoot and called an Uber, which took her to the UCLA Medical Center for treatment before she contacted police.

A second victim said Adams followed her down a Santa Monica street in August 2025 and asked her for her number after saying he was in the fashion business, court records show.

Adams then invited the woman to the Palisades property to “watch some movies” before forcing himself on her in a bedroom while grabbing her arms, according to testimony.

“I asked him to stop several times,” she testified, saying she cried while Adams continued to assault her.

Police finally caught up to the influencer on November 19 and charged him with three counts of felony forcible rape and one count of felony assault with the intent to commit rape.

He originally pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on Nov. 21 and faced a possible sentence of 90 years to life in state prison.

Adams’ social media pages show pictures of him attending various music industry events and performing on stage. Music videos to his songs “Anarchy” and “Dirty Dancing” are featured on his YouTube page.
