A Johnson City resident, aged 19, is facing serious charges for allegedly downloading child exploitation material. Hayden Folck was taken into custody on March 19 following an investigation that spanned almost two months. He has been charged with two counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. After a bond hearing in Carter County Sessions Court, Folck was released on a $75,000 bond.
