JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — An alleged armed robbery in a parking lot on North State of Franklin Road has led to the arrest of two juveniles and an 18-year-old by the Johnson City Police Department (JCPD). Authorities disclosed that the incident occurred on Monday when the victim had arranged to meet someone through an online marketplace.
