In a tragic incident in Carrollton, Texas, at least two individuals lost their lives, and three others sustained injuries following a shooting on Tuesday.
The alleged shooter, 69-year-old Seung Han Ho, was apprehended after attempting to flee the scene on foot. Local authorities, as reported by FOX 4 Dallas, managed to capture him after a short pursuit.
According to Carrollton Police Chief Roberto Arredondo, the victims had convened with Ho for a business deal when the confrontation erupted around 10:30 a.m. local time, culminating in gunfire.
Witnesses reported seeing an ambulance responding to the tragic event in Carrollton, Texas, providing aid to those affected by the violence.
Ho’s capture occurred just a few miles from the initial scene, within a Koreatown shopping center, after a brief chase, as confirmed by Chief Arredondo.
Footage broadcasted by FOX 4 depicted a substantial police presence at both the site of the shooting and the nearby shopping center, with the FBI also involved in the response efforts.
The three wounded victims are in stable condition, Arredondo said.
