President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump voted in person Saturday during Florida’s midterm elections, casting their ballots in Palm Beach County.
After spending the week campaigning, Trump voted at the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections office before flying to Georgia for a rally backing Republican Reps. Mike Collins and Rick Jackson.
The president said earlier this week that he prefers voting on Election Day. He is registered to vote in Palm Beach County.
Trump has voted by mail in recent elections, even as he has repeatedly criticized the broad use of mail-in ballots.
Florida’s early-voting period began Saturday and will continue through Oct. 31, Halloween.

Trump has not disclosed his plans for Election Day. He declined to answer reporters’ questions this week about how he intends to spend the day.
The president has spent much of the week traveling to rallies for Republican candidates. He campaigned in South Carolina on Wednesday night, visited Iowa on Thursday and spoke in Fort Myers, Florida, on Friday evening.
Before Saturday’s rally in Perry, Georgia, Trump described Collins and Jackson as “two incredible people.”
“Their opponents are Radical Left Lowlifes and Lunatics who want to Take Away Your Guns, Open Your Borders, Allow Men To Play In Women’s Sports, and have Transgender nonsense for everyone. I Won Georgia in a Record Vote. See you later!!!,” he wrote on Truth Social.
