A tragic incident unfolded in Sullivan County, Tennessee, where a Bristol man allegedly shot and killed a dog by the roadside. This disturbing event has led to the arrest of Russell Metcalf, 64, who has since surrendered to authorities. The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) confirmed that Metcalf is now in their custody, having turned himself in on Friday.
