A newly launched website showcasing a vast collection of previously classified UFO files has captivated audiences, drawing over 340 million visits within just a few hours, according to Pentagon officials.
The online archive, released by the Department of War on Friday, features hundreds of documents, photos, and videos related to “unidentified anomalous phenomena.”
In its initial 12 hours, the site attracted millions of curious visitors eager to explore its contents.
“In merely 12 hours, the site amassed 340 million hits from Americans and truth seekers worldwide, all in search of unfiltered UAP information,” stated Pentagon spokesperson Sean Parnell on X.
“This overwhelming interest highlights the Trump administration’s commitment to transparency. President Trump has fulfilled the public’s demand for the truth,” he added.
President Trump, who had been hinting at the release for months, encouraged intrigued Americans on Friday to “have fun” exploring the site’s retro design.
“Whereas previous Administrations have failed to be transparent on this subject, with these new Documents and Videos, the people can decide for themselves, ‘WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?’ Have Fun and Enjoy!” he said in a Truth Social post.

The Trump administration has said the public can draw its own conclusions with the information in the files, which includes old State Department cables, FBI documents and transcripts from NASA of crewed flights into space.
The first batch also included a trove of videos, imagery and testimony regarding alleged sightings dating back decades.
