Mariah Carey, Chloe Bailey and Ali Wong Set to Guest Star in Final Season of ‘The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder’

Disney+ has unveiled the lineup of guest stars set to appear in the fourth and final season of The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder, which premieres July 29 on the streaming service.

Louder and Prouder serves as the revival of the beloved early-2000s animated series The Proud Family. The returning voice cast includes Kyla Pratt as Penny Proud, Tommy Davidson as Oscar Proud, Paula Jai Parker as Trudy Proud, JoMarie Payton as Suga Mama, Cedric The Entertainer as Uncle Bobby, Karen Malina White as Dijonay Jones, Soleil Moon Frye as Zoey Howzer, Alisa Reyes as LaCienega Boulevardez, Carlos Mencia as Felix Boulevardez, Alvaro Gutierrez as Papi, Raquel Lee Bolleau as Nubia Gross, Marcus T. Paulk as Myron and Melissa De Sousa as Sunset Boulevardez.

For its farewell season, the series is adding an impressive roster of guest talent, including Mariah Carey, Romany Malco, Chloe Bailey, Lorraine Toussaint, Christopher “Mad Dog” Russo, Kym Whitley, Dee Nasty, Adele Givens, Ali Wong, JB Smoove and Lashana Lynch. They will join recurring guest stars Anthony Anderson as Ray Ray and Tiffany Haddish as Ms. Hill.

In the new season, the Proud family reaches a major crossroads. Penny Proud is swept into a string of surprising adventures that push her bravery and sense of self to the limit. With even more action, emotional turns and unexpected twists, the family tackles each obstacle together, showing that their bond remains strongest when life becomes most unpredictable.

While the series will wrap up this summer, the Proud family’s story is not over just yet. Disney+ is also planning to release a new stop-motion holiday special, A Proud Family Wizmas, later this year. The musical special comes from the same creative team and will feature six original songs.

All episodes from the first three seasons and previous seasons of the original series are now streaming on Disney+.
