Community manager says the assessment from engineering continues
ORLANDO, Fla. — Three months after residents of the Rialto apartment complex on Sand Lake Road near Turkey Lake Road were ordered to leave because of serious structural concerns, many are still waiting to learn whether they will ever be able to return home.
News 6 is continuing to seek answers about when, or if, displaced tenants will be allowed back into the Orlando-area complex.

In a statement, the community’s manager said the engineering review remains in progress.
“The assessment from the engineering firm is still underway and we await its report,” the statement said. “In the interim, we have put a FAQ page on the Rialto website to provide as much information as we can during this period.”
