Woman who lost 7st in just 10 months WITHOUT Mounjaro reveals how she did it

A British mother has shared how she managed to lose seven stone in just ten months, insisting she did it without using the weight-loss drug Mounjaro.

Lucy, who posts on TikTok under the username @lucy52915, opened up about her transformation in a video documenting her progress and the habits she credits with helping her slim down.

The post quickly drew attention online, amassing more than 840,000 views and leaving many viewers amazed by the scale of her results.

Responding to questions in the comments, Lucy said she began her fitness journey on September 1, 2024.

She explained that her approach has been built around three key habits: maintaining a calorie deficit, walking 10,000 steps every day and incorporating weight lifting into her routine.

Lucy also shared details of her diet, saying she aims for 180g of protein daily alongside 27g to 30g of fibre.

On the activity side, she emphasised consistency with her walking goal, saying she makes sure to hit 10,000 steps every single day.

In addition, Lucy said she trains in the gym four times a week, with her sessions made up of “two glute-focused sessions, one full body and one upper body” workout.

She also credited ‘consistency’ for her slimmer frame and ‘progressive overload’ which is a training principle where you gradually increase the demands on your body during exercise to stimulate continued improvement in strength, muscle growth, and endurance.

Less than a year since she started her health and fitness journey, Lucy has now reached her goal weight and claimed she doesn’t want to lose any more.

Many flooded the comments to praise Lucy on her transformation, while others eagerly asked for tips on how to kick-start their own weight loss journeys.

One person wrote: ‘Wow you look amazing!! Have you got any advice as I really struggle with a calorie deficit, can’t explain it but it just makes me eat so unhealthily.

‘But at the same time don’t want to go back to slimming world and pay the expensive fees’ added the individual.

To which Lucy replied: ‘Do the deficit but focus on protein! I eat 180g a day and 27-30g fibre! Then weight training and 10,000 steps a day. Keep going girl.’

Another asked: ‘Can I ask what weight training you did please, you really got it right you look very toned. You look amazing by the way. Well done – this isn’t easy to do.’

To which Lucy replied: ‘Four times a week. Two glutes focused sessions and one full body and one upper.’
