Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers appears to be rebuilding ties with parts of his family, though one notable relative was missing from the latest photos.
Rodgers shared a series of images on Instagram, describing the gathering as “Another bonding week.”
The quarterback’s family relationships have drawn years of public interest and media speculation, with many observers questioning whether Rodgers’ unconventional personality contributed to distance between him and some loved ones.
In the new photos, however, Rodgers is seen smiling and laughing alongside his mother, Darla, and his father, Ed.
Several of the images also feature Rodgers spending time with his older brother, Luke Rodgers.
Aaron and Luke appeared relaxed together, sharing laughs and playing with children’s toys belonging to Luke’s two children.

Rodgers had been estranged from his parents and siblings for nearly a decade, with some believing that his ex-girlfriend, Olivia Munn, was to blame.
The Daily Mail exclusively reported that Darla, a devout Christian, was mortified that Munn openly admitted to having premarital sex with her son.
At the same time, Munn claimed to have tried encouraging Aaron to patch things up with his parents – which Ed branded as ‘a lie.’ She also went on an ‘angry rant’ with his parents about how they couldn’t see him after a game in Tampa.
At the time, Ed told Munn: ‘You haven’t been on the scene very long. You’re just his girlfriend. We’re his parents.’
His parents hoped to get a phone call from Rodgers apologizing for Munn’s comments but they never did.
They went to Tampa anyway and were met with an email he sent to family members that effectively said: ‘Don’t attack the woman I love.’
This led to Ed and Darla not speaking to their son for another nine years. But judging by the photos, those rough days seem to be behind the family.

While Aaron has mended fences with some of his family, his younger brother Jordan and his wife – JoJo Fletcher, star of Season 12 of The Bachelorette – still remain on the outs

But that doesn’t seem to be the case for everyone in the Rodgers household as Aaron and his younger brother, Jordan, were not spotted in any images in the gallery.
Jordan, who followed Aaron’s footsteps to being an NFL quarterback, has been in a rift with his elder sibling for years.
While Aaron has been able to mend fences with his parents and Luke, Jordan and his wife – reality TV star JoJo Fletcher, who Jordan met and married after Season 12 of The Bachelorette – appear to still be iced out.
This went so far that the pair didn’t attend Aaron’s wedding to his mysterious wife Brittani, as sources told the Daily Mail last year.
‘Jordan and JoJo didn’t go to the wedding and don’t even know anything really about Brittani,’ the source claims. ‘What they’ve heard is secondhand from his parents.
‘They are still angry that Aaron didn’t go to their wedding. He didn’t want to be with his brother on the biggest day of his life, so why should they twist themselves up over this wedding?’
