Abby Elliott sparked plenty of conversation when she stepped onto the 2026 Emmys red carpet with a noticeably transformed appearance.
The actress, best known for playing Natalie Berzatto on FX’s hit series The Bear, looked slimmer than in previous public appearances as she arrived Monday in a pale pink silk gown.
Elliott, 39, highlighted her toned arms in the strapless design, which paired a structured corset bodice with an elegantly draped wrap-style skirt.
Her signature blonde hair also appeared deeper in color, adding to the overall change in her look.
While the gown immediately drew attention, it was the apparent change in Elliott’s face and physique that dominated online reactions. Some users on X speculated—without confirmation—that she may have used Ozempic.
“She looks so different from how she did on the show,” one X user commented.
Another user wrote, “Holy Ozempic—what happened to her face????”
“No, seriously, who is that?” a third person asked.

Fans said The Bear star Abby Elliott looked almost unrecognizable at the 2026 Emmys

“I didn’t recognize her at first,” another X user admitted.
Still, not every reaction focused on the changes to her appearance. Many viewers praised the actress and her glamorous Emmys red carpet style.
“Abby looks fabulous—she definitely deserves an award,” one fan posted.
Another wrote, “Abby Elliott has arrived and is absolutely glowing on the #Emmys red carpet!”
The Bear was nominated for outstanding comedy series, competing alongside shows such as Abbott Elementary and Hacks. Widow’s Bay ultimately took home the award.
The star-studded ceremony, which took place at the Peacock Theatre and was hosted by Mariska Hargitay, honored excellence in the television industry.
HBO Max’s The Pitt and Hacks were expected to sweep the evening’s biggest awards after seeing record-breaking nominations earlier in the year, however, The Pitt only took home two accolades during the ceremony, while Hacks won one.
The A-list guest list included stars like Zendaya, Nicole Kidman, Noah Wyle and Selena Gomez.
