Florida seductress accused of drugging men she meets out, stealing their watches including nearly $100K Rolex

A Florida woman allegedly seduced and drugged a man she met at a casino before stealing his nearly $100,000 Rolex in what authorities say is part of a broader pattern targeting wealthy bachelors.

Lynda Mae Crouse, 32, is accused of meeting well-off men while out, persuading them to take her to their homes or a hotel, and then drugging them before fleeing with their luxury watches, according to Broward County arrest records.

Crouse was arrested Friday in connection with the April 12 theft of a Rolex from a man she met around midnight at the Carousel Club in Hallandale Beach.

The two exchanged contact information before leaving the club. The man later sent an Uber to pick up Crouse at her home and bring her to his residence, according to court documents.

They began drinking after arriving. But when the man stepped away to change clothes, he started feeling “funny” and “extremely tired,” according to a probable cause affidavit.

The victim said the last thing he remembered before losing consciousness was hearing clapping from his living room and Crouse saying she was leaving, the affidavit states.

When he woke several hours later, the man immediately checked on his watch. He suspected the clapping had been Crouse opening the box that contained his Rolex, according to the affidavit.

His suspicions were confirmed when he discovered that his 40-millimeter, diamond-encrusted Rolex Presidential, valued at $98,400, was missing, court documents state.

The victim later identified Crouse from a photo lineup, according to the records.

Crouse also has four other open cases in Miami-Dade County involving allegations with similar details: victims said they took her home, later awoke from a drugged or foggy state, and found their expensive watches missing.

In one of those cases, a toxicology report showed that a victim had been given zolpidem, a sleep medication that can cause rapid sedation, confusion and memory loss—particularly when mixed with alcohol, NBC Miami reported.

Crouse was charged with grand theft and released after posting a $2,000 bond, records show.

No attorney information was available, and Crouse could not be reached for comment.
