A prominent attorney who left his wife and later began a relationship with a younger woman has been arrested following a heated confrontation over an alleged affair.
Tom Bosworth, 37, was involved in the volatile dispute with his 27-year-old fiancée, Brandi Boose, on September 3 as they walked their newborn son near their $2.2 million midcentury home in Gladwyne, Pennsylvania.
Bosworth, who has built a following under the name “Tommy the Lawyer” on TikTok, is accused of choking Boose, according to an affidavit of probable cause reviewed by Our News Outlet.
The document also states that Boose allegedly threw rocks at Bosworth after confronting him over claims that he had been unfaithful. Boose pleaded guilty to harassment in 2018.
Bosworth faces charges of simple assault and harassment.
The attorney, who was photographed earlier this week behind the wheel of a damaged white Range Rover, has not entered a plea. He is scheduled to appear at a preliminary hearing next month.
His lawyer told Our News Outlet: “Mr. Bosworth is presumed innocent, maintains his innocence and has full confidence in the courts.”
The allegations stand in stark contrast to the couple’s affectionate public posts and declarations of love on social media.

In an Instagram photograph posted last year showing the couple sitting in a car, Bosworth wrote to Boose: “My gorgeous.”
When Boose shared an image of herself at a cabana on Italy’s Amalfi Coast, Bosworth replied: “You are the light of my life. I am so blessed to have you by my side. You embody what it means to love somebody, and I’m so lucky that somebody is me. I’ll always love you, protect you, and cherish you.”
Their online posts suggested the couple remained intensely devoted just six weeks ago.
In one post, Boose shared a photograph of Bosworth cradling her pregnant belly and wrote: “My safe place. What a journey it’s been. So incredibly blessed to have @lawyertombosworth by my side making this such a beautiful experience and making me laugh all the way through it. I love being pregnant lol.”
Bosworth responded: “My love — not sure how someone could be a pro at being pregnant but you were, so grateful to walk this path with you, and now watch you as the most amazing mama. I love you so much.”
Three weeks ago, he also commented on a video selfie posted by Boose, calling her “the most beautiful and amazing mama ever” and adding: “I love you to the moon and back a million times.”
Bosworth has about 300,000 TikTok followers and says his law firm has secured more than $196 million through settlements and verdicts.
The controversy surrounding his relationship began late last year, when he became engaged to Boose. Bosworth was previously married to Jessica Frick, with whom he has two children, before their separation.

Boose got pregnant shortly afterwards and the couple welcomed their baby son in recent weeks.
It was while they took their newborn for a walk in the upscale town of Bala Cynwyd earlier this month that Bosworth was accused of assaulting Boose.
According to an affidavit of probable cause obtained by Our News Outlet, officers were called to a walking trail on September 3 after the two were spotted brawling.
The affidavit said that the caller watched Bosworth strangle Boose before he ‘subsequently threw her in the bushes which boarder the walking path.’
Officers said in the affidavit that they arrived on the scene to find Boose with ‘debris on her right leg,’ ‘redness to her cheeks’ and ‘discoloration of the skin around her neck.’
When being questioned by police, Boose said she and Bosworth were arguing over alleged ‘infidelity’, according to the affidavit.
She said that Bosworth had deleted a text conversation from his phone that she had asked to read from a female secretary at his law office.
The affidavit said that Boose later ‘denied a physical altercation occurred’ and ‘eventually became uncooperative with police, claiming that she had fallen.’
As Bosworth was read his Miranda Rights, he refused to answer any questions about the incident, police said in the affidavit.

In total, police spoke with four witnesses who all provided written statements as to what they saw happening between the two, the affidavit said.
The 911 caller told police that they looked out the window of their apartment to see Boose on her knees in the gravel area beside the trail.
They said Boose then started throwing rocks at Bosworth, the affidavit reads.
Another witness, according to the affidavit, told police that she heard the two of them ‘yelling and screaming’ and witnessed the two arguing.
That witness said they witnessed Bosworth pushing Boose over who fell on the trail and continued to argue.
The individual then left their apartment building and followed the couple until officers arrived on the scene, the affidavit said.
One other witness said they saw Bosworth with his hands around the neck of Boose and that they believed he was choking her, per the affidavit.

They told police that after a few seconds of having his hands around her throat, he threw Boose into the bushes.
That witness also told police, according to the affidavit, that the two had a baby stroller with them and continued to fight with each other while pushing the stroller down the path.
Police wrote that another person described a similar scene, with Bosworth again said to have pushed her into the bushes before Boose slapped him.
‘[The witness] stated that the two continued their verbal and physical altercation as they walked, with [Boose] striking [Bosworth] several more times,’ the affidavit said.
Despite the apparent bad blood, the couple seem to still be sharing Bosworth’s mid-century mansion in Gladwyne, near where the incident is said to have taken place.
Boose was seen driving to her parents home in a car that had been parked outside Bosworth’s mansion earlier the same day.
The lavish property, worth $2.2 million, boasts five bedrooms, five bathrooms and an outdoor dining ‘moat’ featuring a dining table and chairs on a black granite platform, surrounded by water, a public property listing said.
In 2018, Boose previously pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment which included subjecting another person to physical contact. She was ordered to pay $305 in fines.

A request with Aston Township Police Department for further details relating to her conviction filed by Our News Outlet was denied by the department.
It is unclear when Bosworth and Boose started their relationship, social media images of the two together only started to appear in June of last year.
In announcing their engagement, Boose described Bosworth as her ‘soulmate,’ claiming she knew it was ‘forever from day one.’
She added: ‘Thanks to God first, and family and friends for the rest. My best friend, my lover, and everything in between.
‘Here’s to a life of beautiful people, yummy food, and daily belly laughs. I love this man.’
In a post to his own page last July, Bosworth said Boose had ‘completely stole my heart when you came into my life.’
He added: ‘Every day with you is a blessing. Every day I don’t think I can love you more, and then I do.’
Boose is a recent law graduate from Widener University, in Pennsylvania, with the then expectant mom seen back in May posing with her bump and Bosworth at the school.
