Heidi Klum has stunned fans with the reveal of her spectacular 2026 Halloween costume.
The 53-year-old German supermodel is famous for her extraordinary transformations, but she raised the bar once again on Saturday when she arrived at her legendary Halloween party dressed as a gruesome severed hand.
Her macabre costume featured elongated red claws, bloodied veins spilling from the truncated wrist and Klum’s face positioned inside a gaping, horrifying wound.
She was accompanied by a five-person entourage wearing yellow hazmat suits.
Klum also unveiled the look on Instagram, captioning the post: ‘TALK TO THE HAND ✋ #HeidiHalloween 2026 HERE WE GO.’
Before the party, which she has hosted since 2000, the star had been teasing her elaborate costume across social media.

The model kept her 12.7 million followers engaged with behind-the-scenes clips showing fake-blood-covered props and her makeup team preparing the special effects.
On the red carpet, one member of Klum’s entourage amusingly helped her stay hydrated by squirting liquid from a syringe into her open, bloodied mouth.
Her legs were concealed inside the hand’s middle and ring fingers, while one of her arms fitted into the thumb.
Klum has spent years building a reputation for the unforgettable costumes she wears to her annual Halloween celebration in New York City.
Last year, she attended as Medusa from Clash of the Titans.
Her previous transformations have included E.T., a peacock, an alien and Princess Fiona from Shrek.
Still, her most famous costume may be the one she wore in 2022.
That year, Klum became a worm and famously slithered across the floor.

The transformation was so complete that it was almost impossible to recognize the supermodel beneath the layers of makeup and prosthetics.
The startlingly realistic costume quickly went viral, generating a wave of reaction online.
Klum worked with Mike Marino, owner of Prosthetic Renaissance, the special-effects company known for creating highly realistic Halloween costumes, to bring the design to life.

Her husband, Tom Kaulitz, supplied the other half of the costume by dressing as a fisherman.
In a previous interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Klum revealed that wearing the elaborate worm costume had left her feeling ‘claustrophobic.’
‘I was so claustrophobic in that costume,’ Klum said.
‘It is one thing to add prosthetics to your body — but to be stuck inside the worm body and not really be able to use my arms or feet was not very comfortable,’ she explained.
Also walking the red carpet were Twin Peaks and Blue Velvet star Kyle MacLachlan and his wife, Desiree Gruber.
