The couple posted a series of affectionate photographs after celebrating the occasion at a party with Damian Hurley.
Nicola highlighted her figure in a fitted leather crop top and matching trousers, completing the look with her signature pointed cat ears.
In one playful photograph, the actor shared a kiss with her husband before posing alongside Damian at the event.
Damian took inspiration from the leather jumpsuit Michael Jackson famously wore before the release of his Dangerous album, opting for his own plunging one-piece design.
His mother, actor Elizabeth Hurley, also embraced the Halloween spirit, sharing a photograph of herself dressed as Poison Ivy.

Several hours later, Brooklyn appeared to respond to criticism from followers after sharing a photograph of a glamorous Nicola, 31, looking shocked. He captioned the post: ‘Yeah I am obsessed with my wife. Bring on the comments, I don’t care. She’s perfect xx.’
He reinforced the message with a raised-middle-finger emoji.
Earlier, Brooklyn had posted a heartfelt tribute featuring a recent photograph of himself kissing his wife on the cheek as she held a red £5,390 Chanel handbag, alongside images of two flower bouquets and a handwritten love letter.
He wrote: ‘My beautiful Nicola, you mean absolutely everything to me.’
‘You’re my whole world, my best friend, and the most important person in my life. I’m so lucky I get to love you and spend forever by your side. I love you more than words can ever explain.’

The public declaration nevertheless prompted some followers to describe the post as ‘over performative’.

Thursday commemorated the beginning of their relationship. Although they had first been introduced at Coachella in April 2017, they reconnected at a Halloween party hosted by Leonardo DiCaprio in Los Angeles in 2019.
Nicola posted her own tribute on Instagram, writing to her husband: ‘Happy anniversary my love, my best friend, my everything.’

Brooklyn’s godfather, David Furnish, was among those who commented on the couple’s post.
David and his husband Elton John have faced accusations of ‘siding’ with Brooklyn and Nicola following the fallout between the Beckhams.
The 79-year-old singer has been close to the Beckham family for more than 30 years and was reportedly attempting to mediate between his godson and Brooklyn’s parents, David, 51, and Victoria, 52.
In January, Brooklyn publicly revealed that he was estranged from his family in a six-page Instagram statement. He made several painful allegations about his parents, including claiming that Victoria had taken over the first dance at his wedding.
Fans now fear Elton has chosen Brooklyn and Nicola’s side after the couple travelled to Venice last week to celebrate David’s 64th birthday.
