Jessica Mulroney has thrown herself back into the swing of social media after taking a brief break last month, and she is happily sharing the wealth with her followers by offering up workout tips – while showcasing her own impressive figure.
The 39-year-old stylist hit the gym on Sunday, and she took the opportunity to share one of her favorite workout moves that she promises will transform your ‘arms, shoulders and abs’.
In the brief video, Jessica is seen in a plank position, holding herself up with two large dumbbells, before raising each arm one by one and swinging the weight behind her.

In the background, the mother-of-three’s trainer is heard giving her some tips, urging Jessica to ‘keep her bum down’ as she does the tricky move.
The stylist flaunted her figure in skin-tight workout gear, donning a pair of black leggings and a long-sleeved purple shirt, while finishing off her look with some simple black sneakers.
Her long brunette hair meanwhile was pulled back away from her face in a high ponytail.
Alongside the video, Jessica shared another tip for people who are hoping to replicate her workout at home, writing: ‘One move game changer. Arms, shoulders and abs.
‘If you don’t have weights at home use firm and filled water bottles.’
And for those who are looking for a more intense fitness session, Jessica also shared another workout video earlier this month, in which she is seen training with fitness pro Paula Ryff.
In the compilation clip, Jessica and Paula, who are both wearing midriff-baring shirts, are seen working with weighted medicine balls to tone their cores and their arms, all while showing off some impressive abs.

The two fitness fans go through several different moves, starting off with a few stretches, before moving on to more intense exercises, including crunches and planks.
However workouts are not the only thing being shared on Jessica’s page; just a few days ago, the stylist proudly opened up about her new business venture: a line of ‘affordable flower girl dresses’.
The mom-of-three posted a snap on her Instagram of daughter Ivy, seven, in a pink flower girl dress, writing: ‘New simple, elegant and affordable flower girl dresses designed by me coming soon as well as other curated bridal gifts.’
She added of her daughter: ‘Ivy has bridal in her blood.’
Jessica and her children rose to prominence after the Duchess of Sussex, 39, chose to include them in her bridal party, with Ivy acting as a flower girl, while her sons Brian and John, ten, were page boys.
The post was quickly flooded with support, with Meghan’s close friend and makeup artist Daniel Martin among the first to like the snap.
Jessica new posts come shortly after she decided to take a ‘much needed break’ from Instagram in order to ‘get some real work done’ – after firing back at online critics who suggested that she and her friend Meghan have drifted apart.

Earlier this month she hit back at the rumors that she and Meghan are no longer close by claiming the wife of Prince Harry, 36, is the ‘kindest friend’ who has ‘checked up on me every day’.
Days ago, the stylist shared a selfie wearing a red suit and monochrome vest top on Instagram, captioning the post: ‘Little girls night before a much needed break to get some real work done. See you in a few weeks.’
She later changed the caption on the post to say she was taking a ‘pause’ so that she could ‘finish an exciting project.’
It was claimed in August that the Duchess of Sussex was reported to have cut ties with Jessica after black influencer Sasha Exeter accused her of ‘threatening her livelihood’ after ‘taking offence’ at a Black Lives Matter video posted by the online star.
But in a new post, which was published on her Instagram Stories in September, Jessica wrote: ‘I’m going to tell this once and for all. Meghan and I are family.
‘She is the kindest friend and has checked up on me everyday. Tabloid culture is atrocious. It creates lies and hurtful storylines. Stop feeding into it. Done.’
Her latest comments came after Jessica deleted an Instagram photo earlier this month of one of her twin sons, Brian, at Meghan and Harry’s wedding.

The post was thought to be to be a further attempt from Jessica to show she remains good friends with the former actress – who now lives with Harry in a $14 million mansion in Santa Barbara.
Jessica and Meghan have been close friends for years, with the stylist’s daughter a bridesmaid and Brian and his twin John serving as page boys at the Duchess’s wedding to Prince Harry.
But the mysterious disappearance of the photo from her Instagram page added fuel to the fire of rumors of a rift between the pair.
Jessica then took to Instagram once again a week later to reveal that she sometimes deletes Instagram posts because she’s ‘tired’ of looking at the amount of ‘bullying and hatred’ she’s had to put up with for three years.
The recent post read: ‘People often ask why I delete certain posts. The amount of bullying and hatred I’ve had to put up with for three years…I’m tired of looking at it. Be kind. Be gracious.
‘We are grown ups…stop acting like teenagers. Real women don’t put down other women.’
Mother-of-three Jessica returned to the social media platform on August 11 following a two-month break after becoming embroiled in a very public rift about Black Lives Matter with influencer Sasha Exeter.
In June, Sasha posted an emotional video on her Instagram in which she claimed that Jessica had ‘taken offence to a very generic call to action’ posted online, and that the two women had subsequently argued about the importance of ‘speaking up’.

Sasha said she felt Jessica ‘threatened’ her during the argument, claiming the mother-of-three had written to her: ‘I have also spoken to companies and people about the way you have treated me unfairly.
‘You think your voice matters. Well it only matters if you express it with kindness and without shaming people who are simply trying to learn. Good luck.’
Jessica commented on the video to apologize for her behavior, writing that she was ‘unequivocally sorry’.
A source told DailyMail.com at the time that Meghan was left ‘mortified’ by the scandal and informed her close friends she felt she could ‘no longer be associated’ with Jessica.
‘Meghan is absolutely mortified that she’s been dragged into this complete mess. She said Jessica is in no way a racist, but the way she handled the situation [with Sasha] was tone-deaf and heartbreaking,’ a close friend of Meghan’s said at the time.
‘Meghan said friends reflect friends and because of what’s at stake she can no longer be associated with Jessica, at least not in public.
‘She has to do what she has to do in order to preserve her dignity and her own reputation,’ the source added, admitting that they ‘wouldn’t be surprised’ if the controversy was the ‘beginning of the end of their friendship’.
But earlier Jessica once again used Instagram to shut down the rumors, branding a commenter’s suggestion on one of her posts that she had been ‘dumped’ by Meghan ‘fake news’.
