Marcus Rashford has put his wrecked Rolls Royce up for auction after it was severely damaged in a crash last year.

The 26-year-old crashed the £700,000 Black Badge Wraith outside Manchester United’s Carrington training ground.

Now nearly six months after the ordeal Rashford has decided to move the luxury motor on, listing it on popular salvage car auction site SalvageMarket.

Photos from the lot also show the car’s undamaged interior, with leather upholstery customised by renowned luxury German automobile tuning company Mansory.

Despite being almost unrecognisable from its prior state, the listing has attracted significant attention with more than 112 bids taking the current price up to £152,750, less than a third of the car’s pre-accident value.

The listing also notes that the car has just 1135 miles on the clock, with viewings for prospective buyers available through appointment only with the bidding set to close on February 26.

In September the car collided with another vehicle driven by a 74-year-old woman, with a nearby traffic post being mowed down during the accident.

Rashford is said to have immediately checked on the elderly driver, with the shaken up pair exchanging insurance details at the roadside.

Police officers attending the scene breathalysed both drivers but no arrests were made, and the female driver elected not to go to hospital.

Maintenance engineer Peter Laycock caught the aftermath of the crash on his phone, arriving at the scene around 12.20am.

He explained that ‘loads of police’ had blocked the road, asking vehicles to turn around because of the debris.

Mr Laycock said he saw people wearing United clothes while bystanders whispered ‘it’s Marcus Rashford’s car’.

Rashford’s decision to sell the luxury vehicle comes just days after he was hit with a £60 parking fine after leaving his McClaren straddling the pavement in Hale, Cheshire.

The 26-year-old was pictured wearing a black Chrome Hearts tracksuit returning to his car and removing the notice before leaving in the £280,000 765LT.

The incident marked the second time this year he had received a penalty charge notice, having also been hit with a fine in January after leaving his car parked on double yellow lines in nearby Wilmslow.

Rashford’s love of cars is so prolific that the England international was ranked top of a recently-compiled list detailing the most expensive motors owned by Premier League stars.

The Rolls-Royce Cullinan Blue Shadow topped the list, with Rashford splashing out a whopping £600,000 in August for the ‘Stardust Blue’ automobile, which is one of just 62 manufactured by the heritage British constructor.

Motoring marketplace AutoTrader – who analysed the data – put the average price of a used model at £328,355, which is more than £100,000 more than the price of the car driven by Rashford’s closest rival on the list, Gabriel Martinelli.

The Arsenal winger’s Lamborghini Urus – a car also owned by avid collector Rashford – is worth an average of £217,768.
