Flo Rida is putting his name — and his capital — behind smoothies, juices and better-for-you fast-casual dining. The Grammy-nominated rapper has become an equity stakeholder in Beyond Juicery + Eatery, supporting the brand as it pushes into South Florida and continues pursuing growth across the United States.
The investment marks another step in Flo Rida’s expanding business portfolio. He previously served as an early promoter of Celsius Energy Drink, helping raise the company’s profile before a legal battle over his endorsement agreement. In 2023, a Florida jury awarded him $82.6 million after determining Celsius had breached its contract. Since then, the artist has been channeling that momentum into new ventures, including a beverage brand and now a stake in Beyond Juicery + Eatery.
“I love that you can grab something that makes you feel good while still delicious, whether it’s my go-to green bottled juice, the Blue Mood Rush smoothie or the Turkey Dijon Wrap,” Flo Rida said in a statement. Beyond Juicery + Eatery was founded in Birmingham, Michigan, in 2005, began franchising in 2018 and has grown to more than 50 locations across four states.
With Flo Rida joining as an equity partner, Beyond Juicery + Eatery is gaining a high-profile supporter as it targets new markets. South Florida is expected to be a key area of focus for the fast-casual chain, which serves smoothies, juices, wraps and other health-conscious menu items.
For the artist behind hits including “Good Feeling,” the deal reflects a continued move beyond music and into consumer brands. His past experience with Celsius placed him close to the booming functional beverage space, and his latest investment keeps him connected to the growing demand for convenient, wellness-focused food and drink options.
Beyond Juicery + Eatery’s leadership is aiming to build on its franchise growth as more diners seek quick-service meals that balance flavor and nutrition. Flo Rida’s involvement could bring added visibility to the brand as it works to expand its footprint nationally while establishing a stronger presence in Florida.
