“Gloria Trevi’s Candid Docuseries ‘Sin Filtro’ Debuts on ViX”

Gloria Trevi’s life on tour will get an unfiltered look in the docuseries “La Trevi: Sin Filtro”

Mexican singer Gloria Trevi, one of Latin music’s most successful recording artists, opens her world to cameras in the new original docuseries La Trevi: Sin Filtro, premiering October 24 exclusively on ViX.

The series captures the “Queen of Mexican Pop” during her “Mi Soundtrack” world tour, taking an intimate look at her life on and off stage. Footage reveals personal moments at home with her family, backstage during tour preparations, and her high-energy performances in front of thousands of fans. Cameras follow the artist through both chaotic moments and quiet personal time, creating what she describes as an authentic portrait.

“My life and career have always been in the public eye but often told through the lens of others, even by people who don’t even know me,” says Trevi. “This series is a window into who I am today on tour, at home, with my family, doing what I love, and embracing everything around me.” She emphasizes the series shows her current reality, including legal matters she can discuss and the creative process behind her music​ and the joy ​it brings to her life. “It’s raw, it’s real, but it’s me: without a filter.”

A Star’s Reinvention

With over 30 million albums sold worldwide, Trevi remains one of Latin music’s most recognizable figures. Her career spans decades of hit songs and public scandals that included spending almost five years in prison. The provocative singer who enthralled millions of fans has managed to return to the limelight and succeed in the music industry, embracing artistic reinvention as she continues to evolve.

ViX will release all episodes on its premium tier, with the opening episode available free to all users. The streaming platform continues building its original content library with high-profile Latin artists following successful collaborations.

This marks Trevi’s second major project with ViX. Her previous series Ellas Soy Yo ranked among the platform’s most-watched shows in 2024, establishing her as a reliable draw for Spanish-language streaming audiences.

Created by Sebastián Jiménez, La Trevi: Sin Filtro is produced by JK Media Group. Executive producers include Trevi herself, Flavio Morales, and Jiménez, while Mirtha Miranda handles showrunner duties.

JK Media Group also produced another ViX original docuseries, “Chiquis Sin Filtro,” which followed singer Chiquis Rivera throughout her U.S. and Mexico tour from her home base in Los Angeles.​ That series also premiered on the streamer in 2024.
