One of Farrell’s earliest high-profile relationships was with British actress Amelia Warner. The two started dating in 2001 and got married in a private, non-legally binding ceremony in Tahiti that year. However, their marriage was short-lived and they separated just four months later and their divorce was finalized in 2002.

He began an off and on relationship in 2017 with U2 personal assistant, Kelly McNamara. Today, Farrell is very private about his personal and dating life. At one point he and McNamara hadn’t been photographed together since 2021, but many speculate they are in a serious relationship.
