The luxury sports cars sitting in his skyrise penthouse had to be craned in to the 57th floor from the outside of the building.
In May, Portelli splashed out on the luxury penthouse, breaking a record for the city’s most expensive apartment after paying an eye-watering $39million.
He will reportedly use the property as a weekender.
Portelli posted a gallery of photos to Instagram on Wednesday which showcased the luxury cars worth a collection $2.8million sitting in his apartment. Mr Lambo flaunted his taste in flashy cars by showing off his McLaren Senna GTR Formula 1 race car – worth $2million
The 35-year-old is a multi-millionaire property investor and online promotions guru with an estimated net worth of $350million.
The businessman told realestate.com.au he decided to buy the apartment the same day he saw it because of ‘the security’ and it being a ‘blank canvas’.
He also admitted that a selling point was the penthouse’s direct link to the second tower, which will house a five-star Shangri-La hotel.
Portelli also presented a newer addition to his collection, a 2023 black Lamborghini Huracan STO – worth $800,000 – which is housed on the bottom floor of his apartment
But Portelli said that despite its prime location – the ‘Sapphire by the Gardens’ twin-tower development on La Trobe Street in the heart of the CBD – the property wont be his primary residence.
Portelli made headlines in 2022 for pushing up the price of Omar and Oz’s home during The Block finale.
The entrepreneur welcomed his first child, a son, with girlfriend Karlie Butler in January.
He also runs his own promotions and giveaway business, focusing on luxury vehicles and prestige houses, and is the owner of The Little Legends Foundation, which provides urgent medical care and offers experiences for vulnerable children.
