Molly-Mae Hague says she thinks daughter Bambi is 'little bit behind'

Molly-Mae Hague recently expressed her relaxed attitude towards her daughter Bambi’s developmental progress, emphasizing that each child grows at their own pace.

The 24-year-old Love Island alum shared her thoughts during an open Instagram Q&A on Tuesday, where she discussed her 14-month-old daughter, whom she co-parents with her fiancé Tommy Fury.

When a follower inquired if Bambi had begun walking, Molly-Mae responded that her daughter hasn’t taken her first steps independently just yet.

She mentioned that while her research suggests Bambi might be slightly behind compared to other children, she remains unconcerned about the timing of her daughter’s first steps.

Molly-Mae commented, “She’s not walking quite yet! According to what I’ve found online, she might be a tad behind.”

Molly-Mae Hague has revealed that she isn’t worried about her daughter Bambi’s development milestones, saying that ‘every baby is different’

The Love Island star, 24, opened up to her followers on Tuesday in a candid Q&A on Instagram, and spoke about her 14-month-old, who she shares with fiance Tommy Fury

One fan asked her if Bambi had started walking, with Molly-Mae revealing she had yet to take a step alone yet, but insisted that she isn’t concerned about it

She continued, “I really don’t stress about these milestones… every child is unique. My best friend’s little one started walking at just 9 months.”

‘Bambi is 14 months and it still hasn’t happened yet (not even a step alone bless her). It’ll happen when it happens.’

The average age for babies to start walking is thought to be at around 14 months, with most babies taking their first steps from between nine to 18 months.

Despite insisting that she does not worry about Bambi’s development, Molly-Mae did admit that she could be ‘a bit of a stresser/worrier’ in general as a parent, compared to Tommy, 24, who is much more relaxed.

Elsewhere in the Q&A, Molly-Mae also revealed her inner battle with self confidence, confessing she doesn’t like the summer because she can’t cover up.

She said she could relate to a follower who told her she was struggling with her own body confidence.

She told her: ‘Can relate! I genuinely think that’s why I don’t love summer because it’s too hot to wear tracksuits and cover up!  Which is sad really.

‘Just know you’re not alone with this one… but truthfully no one cares about how your legs look in those shorts or how your arms look in a vest. I have to remind myself of this too!’
