NANCY MACE: My wild showdown with a grown man in short-shorts went viral, here's what REALLY happened...

Last week, I walked into an Ulta to buy face wash just like any other normal woman would. What I didn’t expect was harassment by a grown man in short shorts, filming me from the moment I stepped inside the store, hoping to go viral.

When he got in my face and tried to intimidate me, I did what I always do. I stood my ground.

I will stand up for myself like any strong woman should. I will stand up without fear of consequence, like I always have.

This wasn’t a misunderstanding. It wasn’t confusion. It was an ambush by a man desperate for 15 minutes of fame—and he’s not the first.

In just the last week alone, I’ve had five separate confrontations with unhinged activists who want to cause real harm to conservatives.

One wanted to throw a potted plant at me. Others tried to corner me with phones in my face, yelling insults, trying to provoke me. Another incident was in front of my children.

The Left talks endlessly about women’s rights – until you’re a conservative woman with a spine. Then they want you erased, shouted down, or worse.

Many of these aren’t simply peaceful protesters looking for conversation.

These aren’t people who really want town halls. Many of these lunatics just desire attention. Some even want physical altercation.

These are angry extremists using fear, rage, and intimidation to silence dissent.

This isn’t Democracy. This is mob rule.

Well, I’ve never been one to back down from a fight, and I won’t start now.

I learned to be tough from my dad, a war hero. I learned to stand up for myself because my mom showed me how to be strong.

You don’t become the first woman to graduate from The Citadel by sitting on the sidelines in silence.

You don’t call out the director of the Secret Service, as I did after Donald Trump was shot on the campaign trail, because you’re nice.

You don’t hang your head when standing up to George Stephanopoulos on national TV as he tries to shame you for being a rape survivor.

You don’t protect women and girls by being scared of transgender madness.

If I were a Democrat, I’d be on the cover of Time as a feminist icon. But because I don’t bow to the woke gods or parrot their talking points, I’m a target.

In fact, the Left celebrated Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett the last time she told someone to ‘F off.’

All the time, Democrats get up on stage and yell ‘F Donald Trump’ and ‘F Elon Musk’ and they get applauded. But when a strong, conservative woman, physically backed into a corner, uses the same language to defend herself, the Left clutches their pearls.

I have no patience for their fake moral superiority.

And make no mistake, they target me because I’m standing up for you. And I am doing it loudly, because I am deeply passionate about protecting our rights.

Let me be clear: I oppose the sexism of the Left, insisting biological men can replace women. I reject the fantasy where womanhood is a costume. I will never allow women to be forced to undress in front of men in the locker room. I oppose all efforts to include men in women’s sports.

And I won’t stop there.

I will never apologize for believing women have rights, from sports teams to locker rooms to makeup aisles.

When a man shows up with a tight inseam, looking to pick a fight and record it for TikTok, it’s not liberation. It’s theater. It’s provocation. It’s an act.

And it’s happening more and more because the radical Left has become completely unglued. They are unhinged.

They don’t just want to win arguments. They want people shut down completely. They want to shame anyone who steps out of line.

But I didn’t get into politics to be liked. I got into it to make a difference.

Strong women don’t run and hide. We speak truth to your face. We defend ourselves and each other.

So to the man at Ulta: you didn’t intimidate me. You proved my point. You showed the world how far the Left will go to bully conservative women into silence.

It didn’t work.

And it never will.
