She received a Tourette syndrome diagnosis in 2020, shortly before turning 18. After getting differing medical opinions, specialists at the Mayo Clinic later confirmed the diagnosis.
Her Tourette syndrome includes both motor and vocal tics, along with coprolalia, a less common symptom that can cause involuntary socially inappropriate words or phrases. Dupree has also been open about her experience with obsessive-compulsive disorder.

The couple announced their engagement in February 2025. They married on May 9, 2026, in Warrenton, Virginia, in a ceremony attended by approximately 140 guests. Dupree wore a custom Hayley Paige gown, and her parents accompanied her down the aisle.
