Biography:

Evan Mock was born on April 8, 1997 in Waimea Bay, Hawaii, United States. He dreamed of being a skateboarder when he was young so he trained at an early age. When he was 18, he moved to California to skate professionally. He then gained significant ocean after singer Frank Ocean posted a video of him skating. This then led him to get into a modeling career. While working as a model, he worked for the brands Louis Vuitton and 1017 Alyx 9SM.

He even ventured into business by launching his own clothing line called Sorry in Advance. During this period, he continued doing modeling work for such companies as Aldo Group and modeled for designers Paco Rabanne and Giuseppe Zanotti. Evan Mock then got into acting and successfully auditioned for the role of Akeno “Aki” Menzies in the 2021 reboot of Gossip Girl. The series recently premiered in July and has been renewed for a second season as well. It airs on HBO Max.
