Maj. Gen Dany Fortin is a Canadian Armed Forces officer who has an arrest warrant issued against him for sexual assault. He served as the Vice President of Logistics and Operations of the Public Health Agency of Canada under Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
Fortin started the position on November 27, 2020, and continued till May 14, 2021. He led the federal government’s COVID-19 vaccine rollout. The Department of National Defence announced that he got removed from the PHAC assignment because of a military investigation.
