Kodak Black was arrested on New Year’s Day for tresspassing.

Broward Sheriff’s Officers “made contact with Bill Kapri” at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday near the 1600 block of Northwest 10th Drive in Golden Acres, Pomano Beach.

Officers did not give more information about his arrest.

The rapper was given a three-year federal prison sentence for falsifying documents used to buy weapons at a Miami gun store. His sentence was commuted by President Donald Trump on his last day in office in last January. The rapper was also sentenced to probation last April for assaulting a teenage girl in a South Carolina hotel room. He was originally charged with rape, but accepted a deal and pleaded guilty to first-degree assault.
