Gizelle Bryant celebrated her daughters, Angel and Adore, in a big way this past weekend. The Real Housewives of Potomac (RHOP) star commemorated her twins’ sixteenth birthdays with an elegant bash.
Adore and Angel wore beautiful pink dresses to their party. The twins let their individuality shine through with different shades of the color. “Had such a good time,” Gizelle told her social media fans. “They look stunning,” one social media fans said. “I’ll cry right here.” Another of Gizelle’s social media followers wrote, “They are simply beautiful.”
Gizelle Bryant took to Instagram with a celebratory message in honor of her Adore and Angel’s birthdays this past weekend. “Happy Birthday to my gorgeous twins,” Gizelle wrote to her daughters. “These two have brought so much joy, love, and understanding to my life,” Bryant shared. “I wish them nothing but the best that this life has to offer. #Sweet16 never looked so good!”
Adore and Angel are Gizelle Bryant’s kids with Jamal Harrison Bryant. The RHOP star married her daughters’ father in 2002 and gave birth to their twins in 2006. Jamal and Gizelle ended their marriage in 2009. The two have co-parented harmoniously ever since.
“He and I have a great friendship and we still kind of rely on that as we go through our daily life,” Gizelle said of her ex-husband during a recent interview with ESSENCE. “I mean, come on, we’ve been divorced 11 years,” the celebrity mom added. “It’s been that long—it has,” she added. “So now we know each other probably better than anyone else knows us, and that’s a beautiful thing. Regardless of what happens with us, he’s family no matter what.”
Some remember Gizelle Bryant from her days as First Lady of her husband’s church. Jamal Bryant pastored Empowerment Temple in Baltimore, Maryland, for nearly two decades before accepting his current position as senior pastor of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Lithonia, Georgia, three years ago.
Jamal Bryant and Gizelle Bryant have three kids – Adore, Angel, and Grace – in all.
