Reportedly, A Twitch banned a popular Twitch streamer Hasanabi on Saturday, but why? Well, he used the slang word “CRACK”. Since last year, Twitch strictly tackling racism issues. Though the progress is slow, Twitch is trying to end racism or racial slurs. As we all know, it’s against Twitch’s terms of service and conditions.

His recent post on Twitter clearly shows he doesn’t consider the word cracker as a slur. He wrote, “Absolutely insane that Twitch banned two of my mods for using the word cracker. One is black, and the other is brown. Does Twitch, believe cracker is a slur?  

Whatsoever, Hasanabi’s real name is Hasan Doğan Piker.
