Born Catherine Bush on the 30th July 1958, in Bexleyheath, Kent, England, Kate is a musician, singer, songwriter, and record producer, best known to the world for her hit songs “Wuthering Heights”, “The Man with the Child in His Eyes”, “Running Up That Hill”, and a duet with Peter Gabriel “Don’t Give Up”, among many other. So far, she has released ten studio albums and won numerous awards, including the Brit Award for Best British Female Artist in 1987, while in 2013 she was appointed a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) during the Queen’s New Year Honors list for her services to music, among many other awards.
